The instructor/facilitator must be certified by Momentum Makers. Then, there are 3 delivery methods:
1. As a 1-day seminar
2. As a semester-long class (this combines 2 modules)
3. As a Roundtable discussion group (takes 4 hours per module)

A: For a classroom, it is good to have at least seven to eight people. Classrooms can be as many as 100 people if desired. A Roundtable is four to six people holding a discussion around a table.

A: In a business setting, each module is taught as an 8:30-4:30 seminar, with five distinct sessions. In schools, two modules are combined into a career development course and each course is taught as a semester course.

For businesses, the 6 assessments are optional but they increase positive results. For schools, they are required for all students to complete.

A: The Roundtable is not a classroom environment. A group of four to six people read the module ahead of time, then meet in a group discussion format to discuss the principles of the module. A Certified Trainer facilitates the discussion. It is conducted 4 hours.

A: The answer is variable – one size does not fit all. The pricing is different if our expert trainers teach versus having your staff teach. The prices also vary depending on the size of business.

A: Schools and Academies must teach all the modules and utilize the six assessments.

Businesses that teach the modules as seminars may choose anywhere from three modules or more.

A: Currently, only the Roundtables are offered for individuals to join. You can attend in person or participate electronically from a distance.
