This program will provide professional skills that will help the incarcerated obtain and sustain employment upon release and they will be well-prepared to succeed in life as they reintegrate into society.

Classroom Lecture
How Does it Work?
- We certify your selected instructors to teach the program
(2 day seminar, 9am-5pm each day) - Modules are taught in either a classrom format or facilitated in a roundtable discussion group
- We provide you with the curriculum, all assessments, power points, admin tools via flashrive
Completing Assessments
Course Assessments:
- Attendance & Participation (tracking log)
- Reflection Paper (2 pages – reflecting on application)
- Book Reading Log
- Oral Presentation (8 minutes – how will I apply topic?)
- Open Book Exam (25 Multiple Choice Questions)
Training Academy
- Eight trainng events
- complete all assessements per module
- individual 30 minute coaching session after each module
Graduates Receive a Certificate in Professional Development
Conduct as a Training Academy
All Learners:
- Read module before class or roundtable group
- Attend class or roundtable discussion group
- Complete five assessments per module
- Receive 30 minute coaching session after each module

What Does it Cost?
- Annual Sponsorship Fee = $3,000
- 2-day Orientation / Certification Seminar for up to 4 Instructors, 1 Admin
(One-Time Fee = $2,400 (plus trainer T&L), additional instructors = $500 each) - No cost for course and assessment materials (all provided via flashdrive)
