Dwane L. SealsAccount Representative
Dwane has a passion for training Leaders. He developed a Leadership Curriculum entitled, “An Excellent Spirit of Leadership”, a training module used in workshops across the country. He is active in the community by serving on boards and committees in various Business, Education and Governmental entities. He was the proud recipient of the 2017 Urban League of Hampton Roads, Leadership and Community Service Award.
Dwane is the founder of “ExCEL” a Virginia non-profit corporation to further help empower people within the community. He previously worked in sales, management, and administration for two Fortune 500 companies.
Dwane has earned a B.S. degree in Business Management and Administration, as well as a Doctoral degree in Christian Education. He is both a Leadership Consultant and a Certified Trainer with Momentum Makers.
Dwane and his wife Erla were married in 1988. Erla is a registered nurse and hospital staff development educator. They are the proud parents of 5 children.
