Michael began his leadership career over thirty years ago as the Managing Producer for an international broadcasting company. He was then named President of a full-service film and video production company. After earning his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, he served as the Ph.D. Program Director and Chair of the Leadership Studies Program at Regent University.
Today, Michael is focused on organizational and leadership development. He is committed to helpingpeople flourish in their work and personal lives and is often invited to speak on the topic of emotional intelligence and the importance of improving relational skills.
Michael is married to Christine, the love of his life. They have two grown daughters.
Michael is founder of Aileron Private Client Services, a leadership coaching company dedicated to developing leaders who desire personal and organizational transformation.
