Lance Stoddart is the US Program Director for Leadership Training International and a Certified Trainer for Momentum Makers. He has been engaged in training, team building and leadership development for over 25 years, in the government, non-profit and marketplace arenas.
Lance is a veteran of the US Coast Guard. He is a USCG Master Instructor and a certified USCG Instructional Technologist. He has extensive experience in Instructional System Design and in cross-cultural training development. He has travelled broadly as an instructor, having worked in nearly 100 nations worldwide.
Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, and he is currently pursuing an MA in Applied Theology from Logos University. He and his wife, Melanie, have 3 adult children and they live near Pittsburgh, PA.
